About Aichi-Startup

Aichi-Startup is arbitrary organization established primarily by Aichi Prefectural Government as the lead promoting organization of the Aichi startup ecosystem.
It consists of startup-related organizations such as companies, financial institutions, universities, organizations, and administrative agencies (national, prefectural, and municipal).

About Aichi-Startup Strategy

Aichi-Startup Strategy was established in October 2018 as a general regional strategy primarily overseen by Aichi-Startup with the purpose of discovering and nurturing Aichi-born startups, as well as attracting startups from other Japanese prefectures and overseas.
Aichi-Startup Strategy has compiled a package comprising various startup support initiatives offered by Aichi Prefectural Government, other government administrations, regional universities, economic organizations, etc., and aims to offer continuous, thorough support to startups at each development phase; namely, seed, early, expansion, later, and beyond.

About J-Startup Central

About J-Startup Central

In July 2020, Aichi, Nagoya, and Hamamatsu were selected by the Cabinet Office as "Startup Ecosystem Global Hub Cities." In regards to concrete initiatives as Global Hub Cities, J-Startup CENTRAL was launched as a project to powerfully support promising startups from the region, and selected 20 startups with head offices in Aichi Prefecture and Hamamatsu city that had outstanding levels of vision, progressiveness, originality, superiority, growth potential, and global potential.
